经皮穿刺瘤腔注射医用胶治疗四肢假性动脉瘤的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨医用胶经皮瘤腔内注射治疗四肢血管假性动脉瘤的疗效及安全性。方法：年7月～年4月期间26例四肢假性动脉瘤患者，均采取动脉内造影确认，DSA引导下定位，用Seldinger穿刺针穿刺瘤腔，减影确认后注射医用胶，每次注入0.3-0.5ml，总用量不超过2ml，至假性动脉瘤显影消失，无造影剂外溢。术后注意监测患者全身状况和远段动脉搏动情况。结果：所有病例均经1-3次栓塞即获得成功,医用胶用量0.3-1.8ml，注射完毕后立即减影，23例终末型假性动脉瘤患者栓塞后瘤腔消失，出血终止，未出现治疗相关并发症；3例注射毒品伴腹股沟感染患者术后给予清创后好转出院。结论:经皮穿刺瘤腔注射医用胶治疗四肢假性动脉瘤是一种微创、安全、经济、有效、并发症少的治疗方法，是一种值得推广的治疗方法。

Abstract：ObjectiveTodeterminetheefficacyandsafetyofpercutaneoustumorcavityinjectingmedicalgluetotreatlimbpseudoaneurysm.MethodsFromJulytoApril,26patientswithlimbpseudoaneurysmswereenrolledinthisstudy.Allofthepatientsweretakenwithinthearteryangiographyforconfirmationofguidedpositioning.UsingSeldingerpunctureneedletopuncturetumorcavity,DSAsubtractionangiographywasusedtoconfirmthemedicalglueinjection.Foreachtime,0.3-0.5mlwasinjected,thetotalamountdoesdidnotexceed2ml.Untilpseudoaneurysmsenhancementdisappear,nocontrastagentwasoverflowed.Postoperativemonitoringwasdoneinallpatientswiththesystemicstateandfarperiodofpulses.ResultsAllofthecasesweresuccessedwithin1to3timesafterembolization,medicalgluedosageusedwas0.3-1.8ml,subtractionangiographywastakenaftertheinjectionimmediately,tumorcavitywasdisappearedin23terminaltypepseudoaneurysmspatientsafterembolizationwithnobleedingagainandnotreatment-related北京哪里白癜风医院比较好白癜风中西医结合会诊
